A live sketch is a wonderful way to add an elegant touch to your event and a memorable experience for guests. Each sketch is hand drawn in watercolor and signed, ready to be picked up at the end of the event.

How it works:

• I will take a picture of the guest who comes to my table (first come first serve), and have them fill out their name, number, and consent yes or no if they would like me to share on my socials.
• Once the picture is taken, guests can go back to the event.
• I will paint from the photo while the event is going on
• They will be receiving an original hand drawn watercolor sketch packaged in a clear plastic bag(100% recycled & recyclable), ready for the guests to pick up at the end of the event.
• Because it will take about 6-8 min per person I cannot guarantee the number of sketches I can finish. Example: In 3 hours, I will be able to paint approximately 30 people, so it may be 15 couple sketches, or 30 individual sketches.

Conditions:

• Each person per sketch takes approximately 6-8 minutes, but may vary depending on the amount of jewelry and intricate outfit guests are wearing. This equates to about 10 people per hour.
• I will need an indoor table space (at least 1.5 x 2 ft) with great lighting and an outlet by the table.
• A maximum of 3 people can be painted on one paper for a head to toe illustration.
• This is a service by hour and not by the number of sketch, so unfortunately I will not be able to take on additional requests once our agreed upon time has passed.

You will receive:

• Agreed upon hours of my sketching service
• As a gift from me, 1 complimentary sketch of the couple (the star of the event if not a wedding!)
